ty!!!! i dont have any extensive tips on where to learn how to make rainmeter skins (besides https://docs.rainmeter.net/) as i only watched a 5 minute video explaining the basics of how they're structured before i tried making some. i mainly learned from downloading rainmeter skins and looking at their code to see how things were done, along with looking things up and looking at the documentation site ofc half of the rainmeter process for me has been looking up "how to do [thing] rainmeter" and looking at the documanetation site/forums and eventually i learned how to do a lot of things i use in my own skins so basically my main advice it download and dissect skins to see how things work and look things up sorry if thats unhelpful lol thats just how i learned. to me, rainmeter is pretty simple in concept, it just takes examples and playing around to learn... i think... yea......... again sorry if thats unhelpful good luck HEHE if you have any other specific questions on rainmeters feel free to ask

in css you can give backgrounds gradients instead of just solid colors! heres the code if you want to use it: "background: linear-gradient(180deg,gray 0%, white 45%, gray 47%, gray 60%, lightgray 100%);"

love the way you coded your site. what an awesome aesthetic. currently listening to masculine devil - goatbed (2009 ver.) and i'm really loving it - the production is so cool!! also love the psp with the working buttons also just saw the guestbook message from below about pricing/freelancing and tbh i think $50-$100 per page is more reasonable. i literally do freelancing so this is coming from experience. i've coded whole sites (5-7 pages) for people for $500-$600. don't sell yourself short. time is moneyyyy $_$

ty!! glad to see someone else is enjoying masculine devil its one of my fav songs ever! and agree i think $50 is a good starting spot for me. the value of my pages is subjective but theres no way id go through building one for under $30-$100 (depending on complexity) i would shrivel up and die lol TY AGAIN FOR THE ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

here's an idea for site pricing: (i know nothing about freelancing) $10 for a template of a single page (ex: gallery, index, blog, or any individual page on your site) have clients: - send assets - mockup how they want a page to look - list any css/js functions they want a page to have (ex: image filters, dropdown navigation, animated buttons) idk if something like $30 for 3 pages seems reasonable from your perspective, but i would def pay that if they looked as good as the pages on your site. as another commission idea, you could design & animate SVGs for people to use on their site.
